Singapore firm building digital media 'edutainment' facility on Sentosa

A SINGAPORE-BASED firm called Creative Future Park (CFP) is building an "immersive digital media edutainment facility" on Sentosa that it expects to complete in February 2016.
The facility, called "MOSH!", will showcase the latest developments in interactive digital and projection-based technology and will likely cost more than S$2.5 million, CFP said in a press release on Monday, adding that construction was underway.
It also said that the "creative conceptualisation" for the project will be helmed by Japanese creative agency 1->10 which has won multiple international awards including the Cannes Lions award for creative use of technology.
Other partners in the venture include Japanese digital technology development company Coconoe Inc and Japanese artist Sensyu Yasuko, CFP said.
CFP director Hitomi Komuro said in the press release that the project was "timed with the celebrations of the 50th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Singapore and Japan". "We see great potential and opportunity for collaboration between Japan and Singapore as both countries are known for our advanced innovation and constant experimentation."
