Hong Kong, Shanghai stocks open higher

[HONG KONG] Hong Kong stocks rose on Tuesday, recovering from the previous day's loss, as investors tracked a pick-up in Wall Street, although analysts warned gains would be capped by lingering concerns about the global economy.
The benchmark Hang Seng Index in Hong Kong rose 0.17 per cent, or 37.41 points, to 21,794.34.
Shanghai extended the previous day's gains, with the benchmark composite index adding 0.15 per cent, or 4.78 points, to 3,161.32.
The Shenzhen Composite Index, which tracks stocks on China's second exchange, added 0.31 per cent, or 5.39 points, to 1,744.03.
